We know how important it is to get your dog’s treats delivered quickly and safely. Below you’ll find details on how we handle shipping and why, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Courage Treats is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local postal carrier and neighbors first. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at hello@couragetreats.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our treats, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you experience an issue with the product, please email us at hello@couragetreats.com and Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help make it right.
